4. It is important to conduct your business in an ethical manner. Any unethical practices employed to grow your business will lead to the revocation of your eligibility for our affiliate marketing program. However, you will still have access to our courses.
5. All affiliates are expected to adhere to the highest standards of honesty and integrity in their association with SkillsHap's business.
6. Affiliates must accurately and honestly present the company's marketing plan, ensuring that the level of effort required for achieving success is clearly portrayed. Misleading, false, deceptive, and unfair recruiting practices are strictly prohibited when interacting with prospective affiliates.
7. Affiliates must refrain from making negative or disparaging remarks about the company, its products, courses, officers, employees, or any other individuals or products. Respectful conduct towards the company and the affiliate marketing business is expected.
8. Affiliates are not permitted to use the company's trade name(s), information, literature, advertising material, audience, or any other resources, including intellectual property, to promote the interests of any entity other than SkillsHap.
9. Affiliates should strive to ensure that their customers and fellow affiliates are satisfied with the company's products and services.

13. Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in misleading, deceptive, and/or unfair trade practices.
14. Affiliates must take appropriate measures to protect the private information provided to them by consumers.
Please ensure that you understand and comply with these policies as an affiliate of SkillsHap. Failure to do so may result in the termination of your eligibility for our affiliate marketing program.
Communications
By using our Service, you consent to receiving newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information from us. However, if you no longer wish to receive these communications, you have the option to opt-out. You can do so by following the unsubscribe link provided in the emails or by sending an email to SkillsHap@gmail.com, expressing your desire to unsubscribe. We will then remove you from our mailing list accordingly.

Fee Changes
SkillsHap reserves the right to modify the fees associated with subscriptions at its sole discretion. Any changes to subscription fees will take effect at the end of the ongoing billing cycle.
Reasonable prior notice will be provided by SkillsHap regarding any changes in subscription fees. This notification is intended to allow you the opportunity to terminate your subscription before the revised fees become effective.
If you continue to use the service after the revised subscription fee has taken effect, it will be considered as your agreement to pay the modified fee amount.
Refund Policy
Please note our refund policy:
1. A customer may request a refund within 24 hours of their purchase.
2. No refunds will be provided for any package purchased directly from the SkillsHap website or through an affiliate link after the 24-hour window has elapsed, regardless of the circumstances.
3. Upgrading a package within SkillsHap will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
4. For eligible refunds, a payment gateway fee of 2% of the paid amount and a processing fee of 5% of the paid amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
We encourage customers to carefully consider their purchases and reach out for refunds within the specified timeframe if necessary.
Prohibited Uses
When using our Service, it is important to abide by the following prohibited uses:
1. Do not use the Service in a manner that violates any applicable national or international laws or regulations.
